Travel
Accommodations are not included in the ticket price. The Tie has reserved a limited number of hotel room blocks in the North Fork. Hotel availability on the North Fork is extremely limited during the summer. We highly recommend that you book accommodations immediately as availability will drop and prices can rise. To ensure you don’t get closed out of accommodations, we recommend that you book your stay ASAP.
We will be offering transportation between the following hotels and the venue:
Hyatt Place Long Island/East End (Group code: TTOE)
Hilton Garden Inn Riverhead (Call 631.727.2733 or book online. Group code: TIE)
The Preston Hotel (Call 631.775.1500 to book. Group name: The Tie’s Out East Summit)
If you are interested in other options we recommend checking out the following hotels. Note that we will not have buses operating between these hotels and the venue so we recommend organizing a car rental or driver, as Uber and Taxi availability is limited.
Please Note: If guests need to cancel their reservation, please reach out to The Tie team (daryl@thetie.io) first so we can reassign your room, otherwise the room will be released back to the general inventory.
